The pre-move-in visit is your chance to see your home. The field manager will walk you through and help you get acquainted with the property. This includes going over important information such as the fuse box, gas and water shut-offs, and how to access parking and storage.

All homes built by Leone Homes are covered by a 2-5-10 year home warranty by National Home Warranty. This coverage includes materials and labour for 12 months in the home and 15 months for common property, 2 years for distribution systems, 5 years for the building envelope, and 10 years for structural.
