During this pre-move-in visit, your dedicated Field Manager will walk you through the space and help you get fully acquainted with the property. This includes reviewing essential details such as the fuse box, gas and water shut-offs, parking access, and storage areas. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, informed, and completely at home from day one.
Leone Home Warranty
All homes built by Leone Homes are covered by a 2-5-10 year home warranty by National Home Warranty. This coverage includes materials and labour for 12 months in the home and 15 months for common property, 2 years for distribution systems, 5 years for the building envelope, and 10 years for structural.
